At a glance, they seem like a reputed firm with a large number of experienced attorneys. However, the numerous Anidjar and Levine reviews tell a different story.
Recently, they have gained notoriety for using illegal business tactics:
When Anidjar and Levine Allegedly Used Illegal Tactics to Hurt Competition:
The Florida-based personal injury firm has received accusations of using illegal tactics to hurt its competition.
In 2020, two of its former employees had filed a lawsuit against the Fort Lauderdale giant. The plaintiffs, Jeremy Dover and Victor Demesmin Jr, alleged that the firm was trying to stop them from starting their own firm illegally.
In response, Anidjar and Levine filed a countersuit. They claimed that Jeremy and Victor had begun representing clients for their new firm when they were still a part of Anidjar & Levine.
Certainly, the Fort Lauderdale law firm didn’t want to lose easily. However, the lawsuits are still pending in the court.
More Details on the Lawsuit:
In their original complaint, Demesmin & Dover claimed that the reputed personal injury firm was using illegal tactics. This included sending draft cease and desist letters to medical providers and promising them more business if they stopped working with Demesmin and Dover.
Also, the complaint says Anidjar and Levine threatened to divert any future business away from the medical providers if they failed to meet their demands. Demesmin & Dover have named Personal INjury Protection Lawyers, PA as the defendants saying it’s another name for their rival.
The complaint added that Anidjar & Levine were trying to take advantage of the pandemic by threatening medical providers. Note that doctors and other medical establishments were feeling extremely vulnerable during the start of the pandemic.
They feared that they might lose significant revenue. Apparently, Anidjar and Levine was taking advantage of this sentiment.
Demesmin & Dover highlighted that the Fort Lauderdale firm, through “pure greed and gluttony”, was using that difficult time as a financial opportunity.
They had given multiple healthcare providers an ultimatum. Anidjar & Levine had told them to fire Demesmin & Dover from “all previous, current and future cases”. If they didn’t, the personal injury law firm said it wouldn’t work with them in the future.
Demesmin & Dover wanted the court to order the Law Firm of Anidjar & Levine, P.A. to pay them damages and cease these activities.
Since 2020, there haven’t been any updates on this story.
However, this isn’t the only time when this law firm has received criticism for its poor practices. The following Anidjar and Levine reviews will help you understand the perspective of its staff members:
Anidjar and Levine Reviews By Employees
Favoritism, Factory-like Environment
Here, the reviewer highlights that the management at the Law Firm of Anidjar and Levine, P.A is cheap with employees, especially during holidays.
The favorites have different celebrations than the rest.
Also, the HR only speaks with an employee when there is some problem. There is zero positive input.
“Dictatorship, High Turnover and No Appreciation for Staff”
The above reviewer says the firm hires you as a body slaving which would always come up short.
Also, it doesn’t matter what you do. Because it will never be enough.
If they put you on the 3rd floor, just know that they have selected you to go to sudden death.
The reviewer says this firm runs like a dictatorship with a high turnover and no appreciation for employees.
“Please Stay Away from this Firm At All Costs”
Here, the reviewer points out that it’s a predatory firm. Many people have sued them for their hostile work environment.
The management never fires the employees. Instead, it makes them quit.
They do so by gaslighting the staff and making them overwork until they burn out.
An attorney here is expected to handle around 3,500 PIP cases each. However, most of these cases are usually voluntarily dismissed with prejudice by other PIP attorneys.
The reviewer says that he witnessed a lot of ethical violations here.
It’s very common for Travis Greene (Managing Partner) to perform illegal global settlements.
If you work in the PIP department, you’ll notice that Travis spends most of his time working on his other business.
The firm fails to take care of even the simplest things. For example, the reviewer’s AC vent was inoperable the entire time and the average temperature in his office was 90 degrees.
Hence, he couldn’t work as an attorney with the door closed. When he left the firm, Travis Greene told him that he would sue him for intentional interference of his business practice if he didn’t keep his mouth shut.
The reviewer urges others to stay away from this Florida firm.

“They Only Care if You Post a Complaint Online”
Tiffany advises other clients of Anidjar and Levine to read the fine print closely.
She points out that the company goes out of its way to woo its clients. Then, it drops you as quickly if they can’t make anything from your claim without an explanation.
Tiffany was going through her paperwork and couldn’t understand how they had used all of her PIP so she couldn’t have needed a procedure.
Later, she found out that they had charged her PIP coverage $3114.66 for ‘litigation’.
Anidjar and Levine Does Not Care About its Clients:
Kevin wanted to give Anidjar and Levine 0 out of 5 stars. He had a horrible experience with these lawyers.
Kevin went through 25 chiropractor visits only to find out that the firm dropped his case. What’s worse is that he probably wouldn’t have found out unless he read his file.
Now, he has a damaged 2006 BMW Z4 and the only person who received any compensation was the Chiropractor. Kevin says the only reason the Chiropractor made any money was because his lawyer buddies recommended him over going to an emergency room.
“They are a Bunch of Professional Scammers”
Rosemary says that the people at Anidjar and Levine are a bunch of professional scammers. They charge hidden fees and do not follow up properly.
Also, Rosemary says she had no idea that these guys are so immoral.
She suggests avoiding this firm unless you want them to steal your money. Also, Rosemary highlights that you should pay close attention to the forms they ask you to sign.
“Nothing but a Bunch of Bullies”
Shelly had hired these guys to speed things up.
However, the firm only delayed things and was just interested in collecting a fee. Shelly says the firm was so terrible that they turned a case which only needed a few signatures to succeed into a complete denial.
Also, they never returned her phone calls and insulted her later on.
Shelly says they are only a bunch of bullies.

Unethical Marketing Tactics of the Law Firm of Anidjar and Levine, P.A.
After going through the above reviews, it’s clear that the Law Firm of Anidjar and Levine, P.A. is not as ethical as it claims to be.
It is suffering from a lot of problems as well.
However, instead of working on these issues, the firm resorts to using deceptive marketing tactics. They try to distract consumers from the numerous skeletons in their closet.
Below are some of the numerous unethical marketing tactics they have been using to dupe consumers:
Suspicious Client Testimonials:
There are numerous Anidjar and Levine reviews complaining about the firm’s lack of professionalism.
Many people have complained that the firm cares more about increasing its billing hours than helping you as a client.
As you may have noticed, the number of such reviews is extremely high as well.
Instead of improving themselves as attorneys and addressing these problems, Anidjar and Levine have created a “Client Testimonials” page on their website. This page has numerous 5-star reviews praising the law firm.
However, all of these 5-star reviews are unverifiable.
There is no way to determine if the review is from an actual client or is written by one of their staff members.
Keep in mind that it’s quite common among shady businesses to put a ‘Testimonials’ page on their website where they spam fake reviews.
Aaron Sansoni, a notorious fake guru has been using this exact tactic for years. Apart from a dedicated page, he has created an entire website full of unverifiable reviews praising him as an expert.
Similarly, HULT Private Capital is a financial scammer which poses as a ‘boutique investment firm’ to loot consumers. It also uses fake reviews to make itself seem like a reliable company.
Shady businesses use fake reviews to increase their credibility artificially. It’s wrong and unethical.
The Anidjar and Levine Scholarship:
While issuing a scholarship is a noble deed, it is another new tactic becoming extremely popular among notorious scammers.
Scammers and notorious businesses have started issuing scholarships under their names to improve their image.
Anidjar and Levine isn’t the only shady business which uses this tactic. David Ebrahimzadeh, a disgraced finance professional, uses this tactic as well.
Just like the fake reviews help such businesses boost their credibility, issuing a small scholarship does as well.
It seems to me that the Anidjar and Levine scholarship is merely an attempt to hide the numerous complaints they have received from their clients and staff alike.
Having a BBB Accreditation:
Another red flag I noticed was the BBB profile of the Law Firm of Anidjar & Levine, P.A.
The Fort Lauderdale firm has a BBB accredited profile. Contrary to popular belief, a business doesn’t need to follow any ethics or provide stellar service to its clients to get a BBB accreditation.
Instead, it only needs to pay a hefty annual fee to the reputed review platform.
A CNN Money investigation revealed that many companies facing federal charges of running scams enjoyed A or A+ ratings on BBB because of this service.
Note that BBB accreditation fee can go up to $10,000 per year. Also, the investigation found that most companies availing this service had at least an A or A- rating on the platform regardless of how they operate.
Like the previous 2 shady methods, this one is widely popular among scammers as well. Symmetry Financial Group has been using this tactic for years to bury the numerous complaints it has received.
Certainly, Anidjar and Levine are trying everything it can to deceive potential customers.
After going through the above points, it’s clear that the Law Firm of Anidjar and Levine, P.A. is a shady operation.
The numerous reviews say it neither cares about its employees nor its clients. On top of that, instead of addressing the causes of these reviews, the firm is trying to bury them through deceptive marketing tactics.
All of this suggests that Anidjar and Levine is not a reliable firm. They operate like a scam. Hence, you should avoid dealing with them.
The Law Firm of Anidjar and Levine, P.A. is an unethical business which uses deceptive marketing tactics to distract consumers from the numerous complaints it has received for abusing its employees and scamming others. Beware of these guys!
- Sued for illegal business practices
- Received complaints for abusing employees
- Received complaints for scamming clients
- Use fake reviews to bury complaints
