Charles Noplis claims that he is an outstanding psychiatrist to has more than ten years of experience. In 2001, he earned a biology bachelor’s degree with Magna Cum Laude honors from the University of Kentucky. After earning his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 2008, Charles Noplis completed his psychiatry residency there in 2012.

Charles Noplis is under investigation after striking a woman

A Louisville psychiatrist’s medical license had previously been suspended after he assaulted a patient in his office and a lady in a bar. Since then, he has acknowledged hitting his wife.

Charles Noplis pleaded guilty to violence on Tuesday in Dearborn County, Indiana. Last year, a Courier Journal article on addiction medicine featured Charles Noplis. He was accused of pulling his wife by her hair and arm from an SUV in a casino parking lot, forcing her to be concussed, and leaving her with a brain injury.

The Kentucky Board of Medical Certification issued Charles Noplis a five-year license probationary period on March 21 as a result of two prior assaults in Louisville, for which they discovered he had issues with “anger management and control.

The court found that by “engaging in illicit behavior while in an altered state of alcoholism that can be a basis for other people to seek… treatment from experts like himself,” he damaged the reputation of the medical profession.

After learning about the Indiana case, the board has reportedly opened a second inquiry into Charles Noplis, according to Leanne Diakov, the board’s general counsel.

Charles Noplis, a psychiatrist working at Renew Recovery, 9702 Stonestreet Road, did not respond to a request for comment. The medical board’s decision would be challenged, according to one of his attorneys, Fox DeMoisey, who also claimed that the Indiana accusation was the consequence of a contentious divorce.

Charles Noplis is undoubtedly a very talented and successful psychotherapist, said DeMoisey’s lawyer purged his personality.

As of now, Charles Noplis has not responded, nor has he apologized for his misdeeds. He has ignored our efforts to highlight the problems faced by his victims. Furthermore, he has only focused on propagating his fake PR.

What happened in the First Incident involving Dr. Charles Noplis?

The board asserts that on August 2, 2015, Charles Noplis entered the women’s restroom at Gerstle’s Place looking for his date. She questioned him as she exited a stall, “What the hell are you doing there?” she was struck in the head by Charles Noplis.

Charles Noplis approached the woman standing behind her after being removed from the club by a doorman and struck her in the head, causing “concussive syndrome,” according to the board.

Even though Charles Noplis refuted both allegations, a hearing officer found that his “assertions aren’t believable.”

Charles Noplis entered an Alford plea to misdemeanor assault on Marsha Johnson in Jefferson District Court, which means he denied guilt but acknowledged there was enough evidence to convict him.

He had to pay $821 in reparations to cover the woman’s medical expenses and cover the cost of a drug use assessment. Though the conviction was overturned, his plea was nonetheless attached to the board’s decision.

The board further learned that when he applied for his medical license renewal in February 2016 while the criminal case was still pending, he falsely replied “no” when asked if he was under criminal investigation or was being charged. According to DeMoisey, it was an error.

The board asserts that Charles Noplis struck a patient in the head on March 16, 2016, nine months after striking Johnson, after the two argued about the patient’s medication and the patient shoved Noplis in the chest with his forearm.

Charles Noplis asserted that he would never strike the patient due to his “extensive instruction in the martial art of Jujitsu.” He also said he didn’t do it. However, a hearing officer did note that “Patient A,” as he is known, was a reliable witness who expressed regret for his role in inciting Charles Noplis, and that he had a black eye.

The patient’s advanced age was also highlighted by the officer; Charles Noplis, on the other hand, was 37 years old and weighed about 240 pounds at the time.

Charles Noplis was accused on December 1 of two felonies: domestic violence inflicting serious bodily injury and battery by bodily waste for allegedly spitting in his then-wife Jennifer’s face. The Hollywood Casino in Lawrenceburg’s garage is where the claimed incident happened.

According to the probable cause affidavit, a police officer allegedly pushed her out onto the sidewalk and shut the door, striking her in the forehead, while she was pumping milk for their infant while sat in his Lincoln Navigator.

Charles Noplis filed a guilty plea to a reclassified minor violence felony on Tuesday, according to court records, and was sentenced to 365 days in jail with all but two days suspended. Despite being on probation for a year, he won’t need to show up.

Charles Noplis‘ Indiana complaint was submitted to the medical license board by Ken Kramer, a private investigator in Clearwater, Florida, who owns PsychSearch, which they refer to as “the world’s greatest database of records on psychiatrists.”

He asserted in an interview that they are both members of the Church of Scientology, which has made a strong case against psychiatry.

Additional Charges Against Dr. Charles Noplis

In his new mission, Nopli prescribes Suboxone, a drug that combines the opiates buprenorphine and naloxone.

According to Charles Noplis, opioids can bind to a receptor in the proper area of the brain. There is no room for heroin or other related opiates since Suboxone is securely parked there. It acts to discourage use by blocking the high. Naloxone is used to lessen the possibility of an overdose.

Suboxone’s negative reputation doesn’t deter Charles Noplis.

Certain medical professionals and addicts steer clear of Suboxone and other medication-assisted therapy. They hold that abstinence and 12-step peer support are the only unadulterated routes to sobriety.

But addiction treatment specialists claim that for many people who are battling the brain disease of substance addiction, the abstinence-only approach is inadequate.

Relapses are now much more hazardous than they were in earlier years. One mistake can be lethal since drug dealers are now peddling harder heroin and meth, and they occasionally blend them covertly with even deadlier fentanyl.

Aspects that Follow

Renew Recovery, the facility where Charles Noplis claims to work places a strong emphasis on three key treatment pillars: creating a strong network of allies; changing one’s lifestyle, which may involve meeting new people and hanging out in new places; and developing and perfecting coping mechanisms.

Charles Noplis promptly responded and disputed the main allegations of the complaint. He asserted that the court lacked jurisdiction to conduct the administrative procedures since there was no evidence to back up the argument that his actions called for punishment.

Conclusion

Charles Noplis needs to work on controlling his wrath because it could cause a lot of harm to other people, which is the last thing we can say about him. On the other hand, he works in the medical field since he is a doctor, and caring for patients calls for patience.
