Order 10606909 (6/24/15)

Approved artwork on June 2nd and need delivery in hand by July 5th. Furthermore, the first half of the order was delivered no problem with the same exact design, this is just a different product. Now, sales rep is telling me I have to pay over $200 for a Rush delivery to meet my deadline, because of a hiccup on their backend. Unacceptable business unprofessionalism. I am a Marketing Director for a large University, deadline oriented, and have sunk thousands into 4imprint with no previous issues. Please take care of the problem, deliver on time, and without pinning extra cost on your customer for vendor mistakes. Located in Virginia.  View Gripe »
