Auto Renewal Prior to Getting Sample (3/25/15)
I would like to complain about the UNETHICAL business practice of ALOHA. I order a free sample on 3/5 thinking I'd receive the sample box prior to the end of the 14 day decision period on whether I wanted to do the auto-renewal service. Yet, today I was charged for the auto-renewal service 20 days later even though I still haven't received the sample box! They never sent me a shipment confirmation or tracking info. This is dirty. Giving you 14 days to decide if you want to do the auto-renewal service when you haven't even received the sample box yet! Dirty business practice!
