Ace e-manifest (9/21/15)

I cannot seem to find one person in NY/VT that can competently process an ace e-manifest (specifically for loads coming from Canada southbound into Maine). I have saved and filed every email that I have sent to Deringer in regards to processing an e-man. for proof. There is no 1 point of contact, they don't open attachments that I have sent and instead tell me that they don't have my information so they can't help me when all of the info is in the attachment, they simply do not respond to my requests, they have sent me other companies e-manifests and have not responded to me when I told them that they sent me an emanfst for another company, their emails are rude - they don't address me by name. I am truly astonished by how horrible the customer service is - I am shocked as well because I dealt with the Jackman, ME office for a year and never had any issues. Now, I am dealing with people in NY and VT and it's beyond frustrating. They surely don't care about keeping me as a customer.  View Gripe »

Ink jet printer ink # LC61 (8/8/15)

Instead of what I ordered, LC 51 was sent. I don't know how to return it. They are not clear on instructions. And it states I must return by 08/04/2015. I did not receive the product until 08/08/2015.  View Gripe »
