Kohls.com - Nintendo switch Review

I ordered a Nintendo switch on 3/16 at 2:14est on kohls.com and was assured by a customer service rep my order was processing and would be shipped without problem. He told me there was an actual unit with my name attached to it. My order was then cancelled because the item went out of stock. It was in stock when I ordered it, obviously. People who ordered 10-15 minutes after me still have their orders placed. My order got cancelled for no reason as far as I'm concerned, especially if people after me still have their orders.
