Mercari - Customer service Review
I have been purchasing on Mercari for a yr. or more now. I can not get the customer service(help) to even come up on my app.any longer. I received emails. But cannot respond. I have changed my credit cards twice still can't make purchases. I noticed I had 2 negative ratings. I never new of before. Not happy w/ Mercari any longer.

They'll delete your account/suspend your account for no reasoning WITH money in account. Also had an issue where I mailed out something to a buyer and they CANCELLED it while it was in transit. The buyer got to keep items and I lost money. Automated customer service, personally don't believe it's even a live person but just a generated auto response. No 1800 numbers

suspended account for no reason and doesn't let me request deposit, total $300 in balance and on transit item
