Nor Cal Vape 1700 California Street Redding - Non-tobacco smoking products Review

I went there on Feb 1 of this year and purchased a vape in the amount of $50. The clerk gave me a very cursory run through of how to assemble and use it. The following day I returned with questions because I couldn't get the thing to work. I was waited on the second time by the same clerk. This person was extraordinarily rude and antagonistic toward me; instead of helping, he demanded to know why I hadn't listened the first time. Eventually I did return in hopes of getting a refund, since the thing had a ninety-day warranty and I was within the ninety-day window. But it was then explained to me that I was unfortunately not eligible for a refund due to the fact that I myself had damaged it by not charging it in an upright position. Oddly enough, this critical fact was never mentioned, nor is it stated anywhere in the written instructions. I want and deserve my money back
