I ordered 2 collars at the beginning of December 2016. It is now Feb. 10 2017. No one answers the customer service phone. The voice that greets you has a British accent. RED FLAG they arent in the states after all. Seone NEEDS TO CONTACT ME ASAP! Order# US75808 Jillaine Comardo JComardo@aol.com
Dog collars (2/13/17)
I ordered dog collars on 12/5/16 and now 2/12/17 and I have not received them. No answer with customer service. Of course it was charged to my credit card immediately. Looks like I am one of many that have been taken advantage of by this company. Order number US71804.
