She hit the ground and fell. David Morrison Boca Raton reacted as any father would, attempting to console his daughter and prevent the child in the dinosaur costume from hurting other children.

The following is taken from the Boca Raton Police report:

A lot of kids were grabbing the dinosaur-costumed boy’s tail,” the reporter reported. As a result of an unidentified child grasping his tail, the boy whirled around and unintentionally struck a young girl in the face, causing her to tumble.

The young girl in question belonged to David Morrison Boca Raton. According to the child wearing the dinosaur costume, who made the following accusation in the police report:

“(The child said) that David approached him and began to shout at him about punching the young girl in the face on purpose. David began to scream and curse at the youngster as he asked him to take off his outfit. The boy asserted that while he struggled to unzip his costume, David grabbed hold of it and attempted to pull it off of him. David then grabbed both of his shoulders and hugged them tightly before pulling him and asking where his parents were once the costume had been taken off.

However, the Boca Raton Police Department report only names one witness out of a sizable number of parents, kids, teachers, and Diocese employees. She didn’t communicate with the responding cops. Instead, she received a call from the police after the incident asking for her statement.

The investigating officer stated, “I also spoke to an independent witness through telephone, Jessica Soupart. “Jessica reported that she saw David yelling at the youngster to take off his costume and attempting to get it off with force. The youngster’s shoulders were then grabbed “viciously” by David, who was asking the boy where his parents were while also starting to pull the boy away, according to Jessica. At this moment, Jessica recalled, she intervened and ordered David to stop touching the youngster, which he complied with.

It is noteworthy that the Boca Raton Police only had one witness’ telephone statement. While investigating a “detail” at the Halloween party, a Boca Raton Police officer reportedly spotted nothing. The “detail” officer was informed of the incident by the boy who claimed to be hurt, and that officer made a call for help. Police officers in Boca Raton have body cameras. No mention is made of a bodycam recording of the alleged “abuse” episode.
