When a plastic surgeon has to lie to people, you know something is wrong. Dr. Michael Zarrabi is trying to mislead consumers through his Facebook page.
At first, his Facebook page seems normal. However, the “Reviews” page doesn’t lead you to his FB reviews. Instead, it leads you to an unknown third party app where his marketing team controls everything.

Why is Dr. Michael Zarrabi hiding his Facebook reviews? Because, they are filled with complaints.
There are a plethora of negative reviews on his Facebook page. Instead of addressing them and fixing the issues that led to those complaints, he has resorted to hiding them through a shady marketing tactic.
Zarrabi isn’t the only plastic surgeon who uses such shady tactics to gain clients. There are plenty of exams in this industry where a doctor uses manipulative marketing to get ahead. Liposuction Left Patient with Damaged Lymph Nodes
The above reviewer had a liposuction procedure on their left arm. However, the procedure left them with damaged lymph nodes. Also, Zarrabi hadn’t mentioned that this can happen if the procedure goes wrong.
Now, the reviewer is wearing compression garments on their left hand and arm for 5 months. Dr. Zarrabi claims that he has never seen anything like it so the reviewer had to see another doctor.

What’s worse is that Zarrabi didn’t take any responsibility for this botch up. He simply claimed ignorance and let the patient handle the issue by themselves, which is not a good sign. It means he doesn’t care about his clients as much as he claims to.
Dr. Michael Zarrabi is Extremely Rude
Ashton shares that Zarrabi is the worst plastic surgeon she has dealth with. She went to his clinic a few years ago for a consultation and he was incredibly rude. As she was walking out of the office, she heard him say “Tell her not to come back”.
She points out that she understands if someone has a bad day but this was a little too much. Furthermore, she was taken aback by this comment and was quite disappointed.
