He offers various procedures on his website including breast augmentation with fat, breast lift, breast augmentation with implants, gynecomastia, nipple reduction, and more. Dr. Ramineni has many negative reviews online which you probably wouldn’t find when you look him up or his clinic, District Plastic Surgery.
According to his reviews, Dr. Ramineni has botched many procedures. Moreover, his clinic is gaining notoriety for misbehaving with clients.

This was a painful read. Jamie warns consumers that Dr. Ramineni botched her surgery, left her disfigured and stopped returning her calls and emails. Moreover, his staff members, Jacqueline and Katie thought it was funny to touch her inappropriately during her post-op meeting.

She shares that it was very hard to admit she was abused, touched and botched. Jamie had contacted this clinic in July 2020 to set up an appointment with the doctor. It took them a while because the staff forgot to send her an email but she was able to set up a date for her surgery in December.
Jamie had paid the clinic for the surgery in full 2 months in advance. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Ramineni was 90 minutes late and he didn’t talk to her about the procedure once completed.
Three days later, she went to the clinic to change her dressing (faja). She arrived 10 minutes early to the appointment and says that Jacqueline (the staff) was rude to her because of it.
Jacqueline handed her the faja abruptly and when she saw that the reviewer was putting on the faja slowly, she aggressively pushed her hands out and tried to put on the faja for her. Jamie adds that Jacqueline touched her inappropriately and when she screamed “STOP”, another staff member entered the room and started laughing at her.
It was a very traumatizing and painful experience for her.
A week later, her bandage fell off from the right side of her hip causing it to bleed profusely. She called the office and asked to put her on call with Dr. Ramineni. The staff told her that she should take a picture of her bleeding and send it via email to the doctor because Praful was seeing a different patient at the moment.
However, when Jamie requested the staff member he put her on line with Dr. Ramineni who told her that it’s pretty common and hung up the phone.
Three weeks after the surgery, she emailed Dr. Ramineni about the excruciating pain she was feeling on the left side of her hip. He brushed it off and told her that it takes a year for things to get normal.
But as months went on she shares that her left hip kept getting pointer and pointer. In June 2021, she contacted Dr. Praful for the 5th time and he admitted that there was an issue with her surgery.
Jamie adds that during all this she didn’t have one follow-up meeting with the doctor and he didn’t even call her to check up on her progress.

Botched Breast Reduction Gave Scars and Poorly Shaped Breast
The above reviewer had a breast reduction with Dr. Praful Ramineni. She was very excited for her consultation.
However, even after a year after her procedure, her left breast didn’t become round. She also points out that she has no feeling in her nipples and they are too high up. The reviewer also points out that she will probably need a scar revision to fix the appearance.

Botched Multiple Surgeries, Rushed Appointments and Didn’t Care About the Results
Madison had given Dr. Ramineni a positive review at first because she liked the courtesy of the staff. However, her results were traumatizing.
She had a breast augmentation and abdominal liposuction with fat transfer to her face. While the fat transfer was successful, the liposuction and breast augmentation were botched.
She points out that the liposuction is horribly uneven and is not getting better even when 4 months have passed since the procedure. Madison suspects that she might need to get it revised.
On top of that, her left breast is laterally displaced while the right breast is bottomed out. Dr. Ramineni didn’t acknowledge the problem and told her to wear a tight underwire bra to fix the issue which did nothing.
She had to get a revision surgery to make her breasts symmetrical. Also, she points out that Dr. Ramineni had used implants of two different sizes when she needed both of them to be the same.

Dr. Praful Ramineni at District Plastic Surgery Review: Conclusion
As you can see in his reviews, Dr. Ramineni has failed many surgeries. There can be plenty more victims of this guy considering it’s a very personal matter and people hesitate to share such experiences online.
Moreover, it’s obvious that his clinic isn’t great at service. They don’t handle appointments as effectively as you’d expect.
Hence, it would be better to find a different surgeon in Washington D.C.
This surgeon deserves to be in jail. The government should take strong action against him. Why is he still allowed to operate? This is very dangerous for all those people who don’t know the reality of such surgeons.
I am feeling really sad for all these women who had to go through so much because of the surgeon’s mistake. Even my friend went through such an experience. She didn’t even receive any help from the surgeon. Surgeons like him deserve severe punishment.
Cosmetic surgeries are very expensive. It’s better to see if you are financially secure enough for it or not before going for surgery. These surgeons only care about money. It’s better to stay away from surgery if you are not financially secure.
I will suggest you all do proper research about the surgeon before going for surgery. Don’t just believe the reviews given on the internet. Surgeons like him buy fake positive reviews to deceive more and more people. They just want to earn money. They don’t have any ethics.
Surgeons like him charge such huge prices and then they don’t even care about the patient at all. They just care about money. They don’t care if the patient is okay or not.
This needs to be covered by the mainstream media. This is such important news. I don’t understand why the media is not covering it yet. Surgeons like him are playing with patient’s life.
This article is so spot on. Everyone needs to know the reality of such a surgeon. If we don’t want that our loved ones to go through all this then we need to make everyone aware of such surgeons who deceive their patients.
After reading this article, I am horrified. A surgeon like him is a criminal. He has disfigured all these women’s bodies. The medical authority must take action against him and should withdraw his license.
I hate it when doctors act holier than thou. If you’ve made a mistake, ADMIT IT! It doesn’t cost anything. And please don’t blame the patient when you are clearly in the wrong. Dr Praful Ramineni seems like one of those guys who spills a drink on himself and blames the first guy he sees.
You are right. I agree with you. He should accept his mistake. This is so wrong. How can he act so carelessly? He deserves to be punished and his license should also get withdrawn.
