HyperMood Is a Ponzi Scheme?

On its website, HyperMood doesn’t list any ownership or managerial details. On February 15, 2023, HyperMood’s website domain (“hypermood.space”) was privately registered.

Yandex and Jivo are mentioned in the website source code for HyperMood.

This strongly shows that whoever is in charge of HyperMood speaks Russian.

This is consistent with SimilarWeb’s estimate that 26% of the website traffic to HyperMood comes from Russia. Mexico (8%), Ukraine (7%), and Germany (6%), in that order, are behind Russia.

Always consider joining and giving any money to an MLM firm very carefully if it is not openly forthcoming about who is in charge of or owns it.

Their Products

There is nothing resaleable about HyperMood. Only the HyperMood associate membership itself may be promoted by affiliates.

Their Shady Compensation Structure:

Affiliates of HyperMood invest at least 25 USDT in exchange for the guarantee of a 2.1% to 5% periodic ROI.

Without bothering to perform the math, HyperMood asserts that investments can last anywhere between 24 hours and 39 days.

HyperMood affiliates should be aware that they will only get 50% of their initial investment back if they quit before the tenth ROI period.

22/12/2023 Update
As of now, HyperMood has not responded, nor has it apologized for its misdeeds. They have ignored our efforts to highlight the problems faced by their victims. Furthermore, they have only focused on propagating their fake PR.

At any given time, HyperMood affiliates are permitted to have up to 100 active investment positions.

The HyperMood MLM division provides commissions for bringing in affiliate investors.

Dark Matter and Karma Levels

MLM commissions are limited by HyperMood according to “karma levels”. The number of open positions that a HyperMood affiliate may have depends on their karma level as well.

Their affiliates can increase their karma by producing dark matter (DM) and subsequently selling it.

How exactly does a Ponzi scheme operate?

An investment fraud known as a Ponzi scheme draws investors with claims of great returns and no risk but fails to invest the money as stated. Instead, it pays off earlier investors with money from future investors while maybe keeping a portion of the profits. These schemes typically fail when recruiting investors becomes challenging or when multiple investors attempt to cash out. They depend on a steady flow of new buyers to operate. They are called after Charles Ponzi, who ran a similar scam using postal stamps in the 1920s.

Also, they can produce dark matter by performing several tasks:

  • 10 DM are awarded for becoming their affiliate.
  • 10 DMs are earned by following them on social media.
  • Using a bogus review to spam TrustPilot results in five demerits.
  • Their advertising on social media inundates users results in “up to 2500 DM”
  • Using their marketing remarks to spam social media results in 5 DM.
  • YouTube video spam with their name is equal to “up to 2500 DM”
  • Up to 2500 DM” can be earned by publishing a blog review.
  • fulfillment of different investment ROI period goals is equal to 5 to 200 DM
  • 20 to 2000 DM can be earned by finding their affiliate investors.
  • meeting the desired investment and DM goals is between 250–2500 DM

The DM trade cost to increase a HyperMood affiliate’s karma level is as follows:

Karma LevelDM trade cost
Karma Level 1sign up as a HyperMood affiliate
Karma Level 2trade in 50 DM
Karma Level 3trade in 100 DM
Karma Level 4trade in 150 DM
Karma Level 5trade in 200 DM
Karma Level 6trade in 250 DM
Karma Level 7trade in 300 DM
Karma Level 8trade in 350 DM
Karma Level 9trade in 400 DM
Karma Level 10trade in 500 DM
Karma Level 11trade in 600 DM
Karma Level 12trade in 700 DM
Karma Level 13trade in 800 DM
Karma Level 14trade in 900 DM
Karma Level 15trade in 1000 DM

Remember that DM can be used to purchase HyperMood for 10 DM for every USDT.

The 30 ROI periods of HyperMood are locked within the DM investment.

Advisory Commissions

On bitcoin investments, HyperMood provides referral commissions (unilevel) down two tiers of hiring.

The karma level of an affiliate determines the advisory commission rates:

  • 6% on the initial level (personally recruited affiliates) and 2% on level 2 are karma levels 1 and 2, respectively.
  • Karma levels 3 and 4 are equal to 8% on the initial level and 2% on level 2, respectively.
  • Karma levels 5 and 6 are equal to 9% on level 1 and 2% on level 2, respectively.
  • Levels 7 and 8 of karma are equal to 10% on Level 1 and 2% on Level 2.
  • Levels 9 to 11 of karma equal 11% on Level 1 and 3% on Level 2.
  • 12% on Level 1 and 4% on Level 2 for Karma levels 12 to 14.
  • 15.5% on level 1 and 15.5% on level 2 for karma level 15.

Limitation of Investment Position

An affiliate’s allowed number of open “black hole” investment positions is based on their karma level:

How to Join this Pyramid Scheme?

Membership for HyperMood affiliates is free. An initial 25 USDT equal investment is necessary for full involvement in the attached income opportunity. HyperMood encourages the purchase of several cryptocurrencies.

Conclusion of HyperMood

HyperMood is a conventional MLM cryptocurrency Ponzi scheme.

image 245

Affiliates invest, and investors who came before them plagiarize their capital. If recruitment continues, affiliates whose funds are misappropriated will in turn misappropriate the funds of investors who come after them.

Referral fees on financial transactions add another pyramid layer to the plan.

Marketing and hiring are encouraged by the dark matter and karma systems. Affiliates for HyperMood who recruit/spam will make more money than those who don’t.

As with other MLM Ponzi schemes, new investment will stop once affiliate recruiting stops.

Due to the lack of ROI income, HyperMood will eventually fail.

The mathematics underlying Ponzi schemes ensures that when they fail, the vast majority of participants will lose money.
