Buyer Beware

Keely Harris | Realtor EXP Realty – Lawsuits and Hiding Reviews

Keely Harris is a real estate agent for EXP Realty. She has a lot of experience in the industry but has also faced several lawsuits from others.

It’s quite rare for a real estate agent to face multiple lawsuits.

That’s why I chose to dig further.

In the following review, you will learn whether Keely Harris of EXP Realty is truly worth your money or not:

Who is Keely Harris, Realtor EXP Realty

Keely Harris is a realtor based in Fort Worth, Texas. Her office is located at 9800 Hillwood Pkwy. Suite 400, Fort Worth, Tx 76177. Similarly, her contact number is 817-412-0941.

Currently, she is working with EXP Realty. Prior to that, she used to work with JP & Associate Realtors.

Although Keely Harris has a lot of experience as a real estate agent, it seems she is using her knowledge to take advantage of potential vendors and clients.

That’s because the EXP Realty realtor has been involved in multiple lawsuits.

Keep in mind most realtors don’t face any lawsuits. So, it raises several questions on the business ethics and the way Keely operates.

Lawsuits Keely Harris Has Been Involved in:

It seems Keely Harris doesn’t work well with vendors. Because in 2017, North Texas Property Tax Services had filed a small claim lawsuit against her in Tarrant County Justice Courts, Justice of The Peace Precinct 1.

The case is currently dismissed.

However, it’s worth noting that North Texas Property Tax Services is a business-to-business service provider and works with realtors.

Furthermore, they aren’t the only vendor who had a dispute with Keely Harris EXP Realty.

Acuity Real Estate Services LLC is another service provider which filed a lawsuit against her in 2020. They had filed a small claim lawsuit against her in Hillsborough County Courts, Edgecomb Courthouse in Florida.

At the time of writing this review, the case is pending in court.

Certainly, Keely Harris is not as reliable or honest as she claims to be. Otherwise, she wouldn’t have faced multiple lawsuits within the last few years.

Acuity Real Estate Services is a data-driven company helping real estate agents find customers easily. It’s rather odd that 2 different real estate service providers had to file lawsuits against this realtor.

Obviously, Keely Harris is not as ethical as her website makes her look.

That’s not all.

There’s another red flag in the online presence of Keely Harris:

What is Keely Harris EXP Realty Hiding?

When you look up Keely Harris reviews, you will come across her Yelp page:

Oddly enough, she has banned anyone from visiting this page.

Now, why would a realtor need to ban people from viewing her reviews?

It is a huge red flag.

Usually, real estate agents want people to see the reviews they have received. However, Keely Harris has barred anyone from seeing the reviews her customers have posted on her Yelp page.

Keep in mind that it’s one of the many manipulative tactics shady businesses use to take advantage of gullible consumers. Manchanda Law Office PLLC is an immigration firm which posts fake testimonials on its website to deceive potential clients.

Keely is doing something similar by banning anyone from visiting her Yelp page.

Also, you should know that Yelp has many sophisticated AI algorithms which allow the platform to flag fake reviews. Unlike Google Business and other review platforms, Yelp flags suspicious reviews automatically.

Maybe that’s why she doesn’t let anyone see her Yelp page.

Conclusion: Keely Harris, Realtor | EXP Realty is Unreliable

After going through the profile of Keely Harris and the various lawsuits she has received, it’s obvious that something is wrong.

Granted, she has several years of professional experience. But that doesn’t justify why she has banned people from viewing her Yelp reviews.

Similarly, no realtor faces multiple lawsuits unless they have several unethical business practices.

Due to these reasons, I don’t recommend doing business with this realtor.

Shady

Realtors seldom face a lawsuit and Keely Harris of EXP Realty has already faced 2 within the last couple of years. On top of that, the real estate agent has barred anyone from viewing her Yelp reviews. Clearly, she is hiding something. She might have a lot of experience but she doesn’t seem reliable enough.
