The WakeUpNow scam has long since been shutdown, but once a scam has shown that it can make money there are always others that will launch something similar. WakeUpNow was great at selling you a wealthy lifestyle for just an upfront fee and a monthly fee. The problem with WakeUpNow is that almost no one was making money selling products. Many of the key players from the WakeUpNow scam have something “new” for you. The scam cycle begins again. My subscribers have requested that I take a look at Novae. Here is what I have found.

In my opinion, the products that are offered are commonly available types of products that have little retail value. Many of the products that they offer are similar to what was offered by WakeUpNow. Taxbot is one good example. The real focus is recruiting people into the business opportunity.
Novae has swapped out WakeUpNow’s energy drink with a homeopathic spray called Sprayology.
They provide no information on the retail sales that are made on average by their representatives. They provide no information on how much their representatives are making on average in commissions. I guess you are suppose to take their word that this is the opportunity of a lifetime.
This business opportunity is just another recruiting scam that uses products as a cover.

Compensation Plan
Unqualified IBOs do not earn income in Novae’s Compensation plan. In order to be qualified All IBOs mush have the following at all times:
- At least 40PV; 80PV for Silver Star and above.
- Credit card onfile for Autoship
PV stands for “Personal Volume” and is sales volume generated by retail sales and a Novae affiliate’s own purchase of product.
An IBO achieves Bronze Star when they obtain at least 3 separate legs of business with at least 40GV in each leg, WITH a total of 180GV within their overall organization. This could simply be an IBO that enrolls 3 personal IBOs on the Lifestyle Pack.
GV stands for “Group Volume” and is PV generated by recruited distributors.
Commissions are paid to six levels deep depending on the rank you have.
In the long run IBOs are more valuable to you than customers in this compensation plan. Why would you focus on recruiting anything else?

They provide no information on the average income you can expect to make with this business opportunity. They provide the following guidance on income claims:

Refund Policy
All customers/IBOs have a 10-day period to get a FULL refund of the products, services, or packages purchased. The customer will be responsible for paying for return shipping if the product has to be mailed back. Upon receipt, the purchase amount will be refunded in full assuming the product has not been used and is still in new condition within original packing. Concluding the Novae Review
In my opinion, Novae is a recruiting scam. They are a reboot of WakeUpNow by previous representatives of WakeUpNow. They use low value products to provide a cover for running their recruiting scam. The compensation plan requires you to purchase a package from them and maintain a monthly auto-shipment. You are incentivized to primarily recruit other distributors that recruit other distributors. Each individual who profits, therefore, does so primarily from the payments of others who are themselves making payments in order to obtain their own profit. They do not offer information that verifies that people are making any significant amount of money by participating in their business opportunity. I would avoid the Novae business opportunity.
