Buyer Beware

Pat Mazza – Arrested for Defamation and Threats

Pat Mazza is a manifestation coach arrested last year for posting defamatory content on multiple websites.

Toronto police said that they conducted the investigation in the O’Connor Dr. area and Ralston Ave. They alleged that Pat Mazza posted defamatory content, targeting multiple people between August 2020 and March 2021.

Furthermore, police allege Pat was sending threatening texts to his victims.

EvVYdqyjL1GxqskA5h2E9R43u1 rxSNxRn4FwgCd SOfCSrDxmvhTZgNHlQI5aQNQjWbktVPiIOWDQCwk5NUU2L0yNeGzUqUFMrQH ZPi2TcrB2D6PrpktsSxwZ lIZgjqXQCWaQL3J9ZLC5Dw

They arrested Pasqualino Mazza aka Pat Mazza Toronto in March 2021. Also, they charged him with three counts of criminal harassment and 6 counts of uttering threats.

Who is Pat Mazza?

Pat Mazza

According to his LinkedIn profile, Pat is a self-help guru and a Vice President at Mazza Developments, a Canadian firm.

However, there is no information available online on Mazza Developments. This raises suspicion on the legitimacy of the firm.

Furthermore, Pat’s profile say he used to work as a sales executive in Microsoft.

This is worth noting because in his social media posts, Pat keeps mentioning that he used to work at Microsoft and hence, is a very credible person.

However, working as a sales executive at Microsoft doesn’t indicate that Pat Mazza is a reliable coach.

He has also worked at Google as a Customer Development Representative. Again, it suggests he doesn’t have much experience in working at senior or management roles.

His profile shows he is a self-proclaimed guru who used to post defamatory content to threaten people.

Conclusion:

Obviously, after checking the Pat Mazza profile, it’s obvious that he is not a reliable person. The man was arrested for threatening people and posting defamatory content online.

Now, he claims to be a guru who helps businesses grow.

However, you should be wary of fake gurus. The industry is full of “self-proclaimed” experts who offer zero value to their audience.

For example, Aaron Sansoni is an Australian fake guru who charges people thousands of dollars for sharing his knowledge. His victims share that Aaron only shares plagiarized content and offers no value whatsoever.

It seems Pat Mazza is a fake guru like Aaron as well. Hence, avoid him.

I want to thank the publisher of the article for perfectly explaining the relationship between Pat Mazza and his arrest. As I am one of the investors of his investment scam I can understand what it feels like after realizing the fact that you were investing in a scheme that isn’t real. The emails were designed just to make the company seem legitimate. You thought it would provide you with returns but it only sent funds to the company so that they can grow instead of providing the profit they were enjoying themselves. I lost most of my savings just in the hope of earning millions.

Evolution mentor capital was one of the biggest fraud schemes in Ontario. Pasqualino aka Pat Mazza was the mastermind behind it. Then he went to jail for defaming others.

I checked out the documents. Pat is really a scammer. He changed his name from Pasqualino Mazza to Pat Mazza just so people don’t find out about his criminal history 🙅🏽‍♀️

  4. Pat used to promote fraudulent investments. He was sued when he scammed a guy out of $100,000 in 2020. You think the man has changed now? Just look at the following evidence:

    https://dfr.vermont.gov/sites/finreg/files/regbul/dfr-order-docket-20-026-s-mazza-exparte.pdf

    • I’ve read that whole document Sam W. That is a cease and desist order that is telling him to not sell securities in Vermont. There is nothing there that shows any proof of a scam. There is no evidence.

It’s obvious that Pat Mazza or his PR team are writing all of these 5-star comments. If anyone is interested in doing business with this guy just google PASQUALINO MAZZA EVOLUTION MENTOR CAPITAL.

You will see the various legal dockets and consent orders released against him for the scam he ran for the last few years.

Here is the judgement on Pat Mazza:

    IN THE MATTER OF
    EVOLUTION MENTOR CAPITAL INC.
    AND PASQUALINO (PATRICK) MICHAEL MAZZA
Timothy Moseley, Vice-Chair and Chair of the Panel

    File No. 2020-19

    September 28, 2020

    ORDER
(Subsections 127(8) and 127(1) of the
    Securities Act, RSO 1990 c S.5)

    WHEREAS the Ontario Securities Commission held a hearing in writing to consider a motion by Staff of the Commission (Staff) to further extend a temporary order dated June 17, 2020, and extended on June 30, 2020, against the Respondents;

    ON READING the materials filed by Staff and on considering that the Respondents consent to the making of this order;

    IT IS ORDERED:

pursuant to subsection 127(8) and paragraph 2 of subsection 127(1) of the Securities Act, RSO 1990 c S.5 (the Act), that until December 30, 2020, all trading in any securities by the Respondents shall cease; and
pursuant to subsection 127(8) and paragraph 3 of subsection 127(1) of the Act, that until December 30, 2020, any exemptions contained in Ontario securities law do not apply to the Respondents.

It’s evidence of Pat Mazza’s scams. No matter how many fake comments he adds here, he can’t change the truth.

    • I was very upset to know that Pasqualino Mazza’s scheme was nothing more than a way to scam more people. My experience was worse with Evolution Mentor Capital than with any other investing company.

  6. I don’t know what you are trying to accomplish with this fake gripeo page. It’s obvious one person is making the exact same fake negative comments under different names.

You think he even cares about your opinion? I doubt it, he’s probably laughing if he’s even wasted his time reading this. Like someone else wrote it says more about you for taking the time to write this. Try therapy maybe?

I know one of the victims he targed. The man is heinous. He has no regard for others. I bet all of these 5 star reviews are from him or his friends because nobody can ever call him a friendly guy.

This man was posting lies about my friend and wanted them to pay him. He has no morals or ethics.

Pat Mazza is a fake guru and an extortionist.

The man promotes manifestation for Christ’s sake. It is not even a serious profession. But I don’t like the fact that he extorted numerous people in Toronto by posting defamatory content. That’s pure evil.

Pat Mazza is a cheap extortionist who can stoop to the lowest levels for making a small buck. He used to post extremely defamatory content about people online and harass them until they paid him something. Now, he markets himself as some sort of a sales guru or something. But that’s all smoke and mirrors.
