  1. Mr. Capuzziello cares more about what’s in his bank account, then the financial health of his clients. The last several times I’ve have met with Paul he seemed uninterested in what was going on with our accounts. When I asked him to explain why our account was down by a significant amount over a short period of time. Mr. Capuzziello became very defensive and seemed annoyed that we questioned him. Had he just answered the question in a professional manner, it would have satisfied our question. I feel as though he doesn’t have our best interest at heart and only cares about how much money he’s going to make off a sale. Friends of ours are also his clients and they have expressed their frustration too, feeling like he doesn’t care and can’t make the time to meet because he is always traveling. We are not comfortable with him servicing our accounts and we’re looking to transfer our accounts to another advisor.
