In this era, people are pretending to know everything that surrounds them. Many people have become experts in different ways without having the necessary qualifications. They will be talking without giving a damn if what they are saying makes sense or not. The weird behavior is seen in those people who by good luck get something which they never thought they would achieve in their life. Due to the surprise, they feel like it is mandatory to make their achievements known to the whole world. They start feeling like they own the universe while others are losers who need to be guided. When one is blessed with a particular thing, he or she becomes the motivational speaker in society telling people what they can do to be like him or her. Most of the people who boast around do not have even a slight idea of how what they own came into existence because, at times, they get the wealth from inheritance or having come from a wealthy background.

I would like us to look at two different scenarios where one person is lucky to inherit a lot of valuable things from his parents while the other person works hard to get a lump sum amount of money which would change the rest of his life. First of all, the one who acquired the inheritance does not understand the number of times his or her parents failed as they tried to accumulate wealth. Maybe they even slept hungrily or even at times they risked their lives until they made it. If such a person parades himself before you telling you how to be successful in business or life, he or she would be of no help at all. Such people should shut up when others are speaking.

The person who inherited wealth and multiple businesses does not understand the basics of starting a business. Also, they do not know the fear that one has as they are afraid of not making profits in their businesses. They further do not have a clue on the barriers to expect in sales, so it is hard for them to give any legit information. In the second scenario, the person who had worked hard to achieve things has to understand the struggles and self-sacrifice that has to take in to be successful. Such a person would be the best speaker because he can guide people accordingly on what to do and what not to do after setting up a business.

Richard J. Bryan is an excellent example of those people who pretend to know a lot of things, yet they know nothing. He was the inheritor of his family business which had been in existence for more than a hundred years. Richard J. Bryan was in the fourth generation, and he was lucky to be the successor after his father was forced to retire due to illness. I understand that the business was making losses by the time Richard J. But still, this is not a good reason to brand him as a keynote speaker because if it were not for his mentor backing him up, the family business would have ended up being part of the history of the many things that became extinct.

In this scenario of Franks helping Richard J. Bryan build back the family business, I feel like Frank was the one who deserves to be recognized. The reason is that Frank ensured that the business got back on track, making it better than it was in the past years. The family business even turned out to be a highly competitive industry. If Frank were the one being referred to as a keynote speaker, I would support him a hundred percent because he knows what to do to attain success. Frank thought a mentor is one of the people the world needs to make significant changes. Unlike Richard J. Bryan, who is given the title of the keynote speaker just because of his social status and his family background. Just as I always say, the people with low living standards are hardly recognized, yet they do excellent and recommendable jobs.

Richard J. Bryan is an American citizen. He is a keynote speaker, an author, and a father. He likes golfing and skiing during his free time in Colorado. Richard spends his free time with his friends and family. Richard currently lives in Colorado at a place called Evergreen. He lives with his wife and a pair of children who are now teenagers. 

Richard J. Bryan is on different social media platforms, and he likes posting every single chance he gets. His posts speak louder than what we are made to believe from his old tales. When people identify a person who can be useful to them, they follow him everywhere like a shadow. We expect to find thousands of people following Richard because he is a keynote speaker who is said to have a successful story. Our expectations are the exact opposite of reality because when you check Richard J. Bryan’s YouTube posts, I bet you will be shocked by the number of viewers who view his videos because they are deficient.

Through this, you will realize that people are tired of tales, and they only need to listen to essential things. People have identified those cons who aim at milking their money without breaking a sweat, and they are no longer entertaining them. It is high time that those who approve YouTube and Google accounts make up strict measures that will restrict jokers from opening those accounts. By doing this, they will be saving nations from receiving fake stories that are meant to mislead them and benefit some few individuals. Richard’s few viewers make me doubt the many posts that are on Google from different people praising him. 

Richard J. Bryan became a chief executive officer at the age of twenty-eight years. This is not a wonder because many people in the world are younger than Richard J. Bryan was, and they have achieved a lot at their age. In other words, Richard J. Bryan becoming a chief executive officer at that age is not a big deal. Richard exaggerates everything, making it look like it was a miracle to hold such a position at twenty-eight, yet he was not a teenager. As a matter of fact, Richard was old enough to have started a business which he would be showing as his own achievement. But instead, he had nothing to explain to the nation.

I tend to think that if Richard’s father were not forced to retire due to his illness, Richard J. Bryan would not even be known because he would have nothing to show to the world. What if Richard was not born in a wealthy family like many of us? Would he have had any business to inherit? What would he probably be doing with his life? The many questions lead me to conclude that Richard would be a desperate person who would be known by a tiny group of people in this universe. He should not even stand in front of people calling himself a keynote speaker.

The word idiot is the synonym of the word stupid, and no sane person at the age of twenty-eight should be referred to as an idiot. The title of the post clearly shows that Richard J. His stupidity is further explained by the fact that his father was working as the chief executive officer despite his illness. When his father realized that he was sick, I believe he would not have waited to retire forcefully, but preferably he would have oriented his son correctly prior to the succession. It is clear that even the father was not comfortable with Richard running the company because he feared that it would end up being bankrupt but once more thanks to Frank (Richard J. Bryan’s mentor.)

Richard J. Bryan has written few books which are sold in different libraries in the world. Other books are sold in the form of e-books with the aim of getting more money. Many people who are said to be keynote speakers are making it a norm to be writing books despite lacking the talent of being a writer. It seems like they compete to write books just for fame, yet they do not consider if what they write is useful to the readers, or it will be a waste of time and resources.

Among the many writers who have evolved from nowhere is Richard J. Bryan. He wrote his wrote a book and gave it the title HANDING OVER THE REIGNS which was published on May 19, 2016, in the English language. This book explains more about how to handle businesses that have been there for a while. The book gives guidelines that should be followed for a successful succession plan. The title of the book is well illustrated, but the content inside is not useful at all. The content of this book relies on narrating the life history of Richard J. Bryan and the things he went through when he took over the family business. The book is not useful to many people because very few people have the chance to inherit family businesses. In this generation, people are working hard to make their future bright at least.

In this book, there are things that do not apply in real life. For example, one tells you to avoid making mistakes. It is not possible to avoid making mistakes because when one makes mistakes, it is apparent that it is never made intentionally. We say that human being is to error and error is to human beings since no one is always perfect. When people make errors, the best thing they can do is to correct the mistakes and learn from the mistakes. Without errors, people would never progress because they would never understand the repercussions of those mistakes. According to my take, mistakes are a way of promoting growth.

Additionally, Richard J. Bryan points out that there is a time when one can make the best results in business, but I would beg to differ. There is no time in the year when we have a business opening season, so anytime is fit for the business. The only thing that matters is your ability to manage the industry to ensure that it grows and makes a profit.

Richard should stick to his family business and stop contradicting people on how to handle their transactions. Just because he got a company already set for him to take over does not mean that others will find the same businesses. It is said that your luck is not my luck because we all have different lifestyles, backgrounds, and ambitions.
