The Northampton Center for Couples Therapy is Extremely Unprofessional
Megan shares that a family friend referred this place to her. She couldn’t get an appointment here for over 2 months because they kept canceling the appointment. They canceled her appointment 3 times and the receptionist was extremely rude.
The place claims to call you back within 24 to 48 hours but they rarely do. When the place canceled Megan’s appointment the third time, they did so on the day of the appointment.
Furthermore, they didn’t like that Megan was upset over their behavior. The place offered a free session but Megan points out that it would have taken them a lot more time to get one. That’s because they weren’t able to get the first one.
Megan suggests finding a different service provider if you want to get seen sooner.
The Counseling Center Cancels Appointments Without Notifying Clients
Lara points out that the Northampton Center for Couples Therapy is extremely unprofessional. She found it very difficult to contact the office.
Lara says that she had called two different numbers a total of five times but no one answered the phone. The only other method to contact the place was through Facebook Messenger.
Later, when she finally received responses to her inquiries, they were unhelpful and perfunctory. She had asked very direct and specific questions through Messenger and voicemail. Yet, the counseling center failed to reply properly.
Lara highlights that she received rushed and confused replies twice from the place. She had asked very specific questions but the answers were quite generic.
Still, Lara and her fiance decided to give this place a try and scheduled a consultation for couples counseling. They scheduled the appointment for August 18, at 2:40 pm EDT. However, the counseling center made no effort to contact Lara and her fiance until the day of the appointment, which was surprising.
On the day of the appointment, Lara received a phone call at 2:17 pm but she was finishing up another appointment. So, she couldn’t pick up the phone at that time. However, she called back the coordinator at 2:22 pm but it was left on voicemail.
In the voicemail, she explained the situation and highlighted that she was now available to answer the phone.
She called again at 2:36 pm, 4 minutes before the appointment’s time. Still, no one answered the phone.
Lara points out that she is yet to hear from the place. She further adds that she doesn’t understand why they stood them up for the appointment. This was the first time for Lara that a business had ignored a scheduled appointment like this.
Lara ends her review by highlighting that her entire experience was unprofessional and unnecessarily difficult. Hence, she doesn’t recommend the Northampton Center for Couples Therapy.

The article has shown most of his negative aspects but the reality is far different if you will look at his success rates then he is very effective, and has saved several relationships.
This man has none of the accurate answers to the problems.
My experience of visiting these counselors has been irritative type, none of their answers and advice are up to the mark, can’t trust them for our personal life matters, and most of their advice isn’t connective, let your family issues be solved inside the house only.
Make sure you are always loving your wife and never require to visit these places, respect the feelings of your partner nothing will get bad. I am with my wife for the last 30 years and never felt like separating from her.
I visited the place for clearing my doubts about having an affair with one of my neighbors, he suggested I change my hometown, WTF!, I didn’t pay for this answer.
This counselor is wasting the time of his clients after providing illogical views and not being able to understand the real problem, thus visiting this man is waste of time. Most of the clients were unsatisfied with his solutions and none of the problems of the clients were solved.
I was always worried about these fraudsters running unwanted businesses and people investing their money in these people.
This is nothing more than a scam make sure your time and money aren’t wasted after these nefarious people.
By the way, I don’t understand why it is even required to visit these people for taking suggestions for life if you are having respect for your partner this is not required, sort out the problems after discussing them on a personal level.
