Swan Center prices can go up to tens of thousands of dollars depending on the procedure. They are also quite active on social media and their Instagram handle is @theswancenter. However, the large number of negative reviews suggests that they rely on social media to hide complaints.
The Swan Center for Plastic Surgery isn’t the only clinic that uses this tactic.

Wrong Filler Composition Gave A Terrible Infection and Swelling, Clinic Started Avoiding the Client (With Photos)
Bea says that she would give this place 0 stars if possible. She says that if you’re going there for botox or fillers (non-surgical procedures), don’t expect to see a professional doctor.
The fillers she had at this place gave her the worst injection she has ever had. When she went back there to tell them about her complications, they didn’t treat it as a medical emergency. The staff told her to get ibuprofen and allergy medicine for 2 weeks.
Bea adds that she spent $15,000 on medical bills and was on corticosteroids and antibiotics for days. Still, the clinic never picked up her calls or reply to her messages.
She had to see a dermatologist who treated her for 3 weeks. The dermatologist first reduced the swelling then made an entrance on the skin to remove a large amount of pus.
Bea had to get Cranial MRI for her issues which showed that the filler used was different from what was said. The MRI says “Abnormal T2 Hyperintense signal in Premaxillary Soft Tissue”.
Bea’s doctor tried to contact the Swan Center but it was of no avail. She shares that a year has passed since this botched procedure and it has left her with residue of biofilm under her skin.

Botched $4000 Laser Facial Rejuvenation Left Dark Circles and Wrinkles
Jill had paid $4,000 for laser facial rejuvenation. She had told Dr. Fardo that her primary concern was the wrinkles around her chin and mouth. However, when her skin healed from the procedure there wasn’t much difference in that region.
In fact, the procedure left her with dark circles under her eyes and the wrinkles around her chin and mouth are just like they were before the procedure. There was practically no change.
$1600 Spa Procedure Didn’t Give any Results, Clinic asked for Additional $1200 for a “Touch Up”
Marianne had made an appointment with this clinic and made a deposit of $300 for it. However, when she had to cancel it two and a half weeks before the date, they refused to refund the deposit.
On top of that, the procedure gave her very disappointing results. She paid $1600 for the procedure and even after 3 months, there was no noticeable improvement.
Marianne adds that the procedure has given her large spots on the cheeks and discoloration on the forehead. In the follow up meeting, she shared these concerns and they told her that it will cost $1200 to fix things.
Charged $16,000 for a Mommy Makeover, Gave Disappointing Results
Carlena had a full mommy makeover. She spent $16,000 on this procedure and she adds that she can’t now wear a bathing suit because of the poor results.
After the procedure, she looks pregnant because of the fat placed under her breasts. When she complained about it, they told her that it was just swelling and it went down in 6 months.
But even after that, the issues persist. Also, she has dog ears on side of her incision. Carlena adds that it was a very expensive lesson. She spent so much money and ended up deformed.

The Swan Center for Plastic Surgery isn’t a trustworthy place. Numerous complaints highlight that Dr. Bauer and his subordinates fail even the simple procedures and lack the professionalism to own up to their mistakes.
Atlanta has a ton of clinics and this one is lagging behind its competition in terms of service and quality.
I had surgery with Dr. Bauer 17 years ago and another surgery just recently. He is an amazing doctor and his staff are so pleasant!
