In 2020, a team of fraudsters named Seedchange launched a Ponzi Scheme. Seedchange Execution Services is an MLM Ponzi scheme that drew the attention of California’s Department of Financial Protection.
This resulted in a domain name change, yet Seedchange continued until it was forced to close down. The collapse of Seedchange coincided with the SEC keeping the fraudulent investment scheme on pause.
How exactly does a Ponzi scheme operate?
An investment fraud known as a Ponzi scheme draws investors with claims of great returns and no risk but fails to invest the money as stated. Instead, it pays off earlier investors with money from future investors while maybe keeping a portion of the profits. These schemes typically fail when recruiting investors becomes challenging or when multiple investors attempt to cash out. They depend on a steady flow of new buyers to operate. They are called after Charles Ponzi, who ran a similar scam using postal stamps in the 1920s.
Seedchange was relaunched as Yosemite EP in December 2021. According to available information, Yosemite EP collapsed in early to mid-2022.
Their website has no accurate data on who owns or operates Yosemite AP. The same fraudsters appear to be back with Yosemite AP. It uses the domain “Yosemite-ap.com,” privately registered on June 28th, 2022.

One user stated that before anyone could withdraw, they had to pay a 510$ activation charge.
He received this message from the Administrator’s chat: He cannot withdraw his money, but they have proposed an account activation fee of 510 USD; if he pays this amount, he can withdraw cash.
He said it was a fraud, and he now knows where to report it.
Yosemite AP is Robbing People
Another customer stated that Yosemite AP would block his account if he withdrew his money. Clients have no access to customer service. All the company is doing is robbing people through various methods.
Yosemite AP Is Under Investigation
The SEC is investigating Seedchange and Yosemite EP’s alleged ties to Yosemite Exchange Partners, an actual company.
Yosemite-ap.com has a very low trust score, indicating that the website is most likely a scam.
Unsurprisingly, neither Seedchange nor Yosemite EP are related to Yosemite Exchange Partners. Yosemite AP doesn’t either.

I have asked several people not to invest in these MLM schemes because their criminal past isn’t visible to the investors, so make some investigation after going through the reviews and make sure you read the posted reviews for better understanding.
I have my time behind these scammers without any backup and all my savings were gone behind these scammers, the MLM scams are the worst schemes for attracting clients and then not providing the claimed promises.
The market is getting toxic day by day, there are several, people who are investing blindly in these scammers, and none of them are legitimate for your money.
I will suggest you avoid Yosemite, there are several other platforms for providing you with the required amount of support, rather than wasting your money and time behind these MLM schemes.
The basic nature of these MLM scams is to first invest your money with them, then ask others to invest their money, which will be providing you the commission on the basis of their investment.
The term MLM has made me filled with anger because my past is related to these schemes where I was fascinated by investing in these schemes so, avoid any investment, avoid investing in these fake MLM schemes.
