In a preliminary hearing that took place in June 2014, Alkhas was “held to answer” for the criminal charge of sexual battery. Since then, the California Chiropractic Board has permitted him to carry on with his chiropractic work under limits while the criminal case is underway.

The Consequences

I believe Manfred is the monster, who forgets about moral values. Why he can’t understand how difficult for a person who is sexually assaulted by anyone? This type of act can disturb the person mentally and socially.
