You are judging a person based on two reviews, one which is pretty old. When I was referred to his office as a 64 y/o with life long problems with strabismus, I also looked at the many online reviews. Majority of reviews were positive, my office and surgery experience was very positive. He actually corrected my strabismus while three other surgeries by other surgeons did not. The woman with the 21 y/o did not indicate whether she gave him the opportunity to fix the error. I’ve had prescription that were not correct in the past, but you give them the opportunity to fix it. You have not exposed any new information or demonstrated horrific medical practice. Pretty lazy writing with no true investigation.
