Although Geoff Jimenez & the other partners chose to confuse Home Care expert caretakers as self-employed contractors & continue to do so, the staff members have never been promised the fundamental labor rights granted to workers, such as minimum salaries or overtime compensation.

Violation of the labor law and misleading their worker is never tolerated at all. At least the decision of the organization and activities is not hidden from the worker. The manager should be responsible for these types of activities and they can be punished by the higher authorities.

I have heard about this case and this case still running in the court but one thing that I believe is that these people will never get the punishment from the higher authorities. Now there are many cases where the female subordinates get less salary than the male subordinates and many more. Now these types of discrimination need to be stopped.
Now how these people don’t care about their workers. The worker and the staff are the human assets of the organization and they have fixed working hours, a proper wage system, and meal breaks. If the workers are doing overtime then the manager must give him overtime pay.
