It is better to leave the organization if they are providing the proper facilities to their employee. And is hard for the staff to work in a toxic environment. And I really want the decision not to go in Geoff’s favor.
I have heard about this case and this case still running in the court but one thing that I believe is that these people will never get the punishment from the higher authorities. Now it shows the weak judicial system, as they only support the guys who have the money. At last, the victim is unable to get justice.

Now there are many cases where the female subordinates get less salary than the male subordinates and many more. Now these types of discrimination need to be stopped.
Now how these people don’t care about their workers. The worker and the staff are the human assets of the organization and they have fixed working hours, a proper wage system, and meal breaks. If the workers are doing overtime then the manager must give him overtime pay.
