That’s not all, a month and a half later she found out that the clinic hadn’t submitted the necessary paperwork to the insurance company. This is when everything was approved and the insurance was paying for the complete procedure.
On top of that, when she wanted to set a date for the surgery, the clinic asked her to pay $500 in advance because the assistant doctor doesn’t accept insurance.
