“Do Not Contact Them” – Marie

Charleston Gastroenterology Associates Review

Marie Brown is a client of Charleston Gastroenterology Associates

Particularly if you want a care physician who can meet your needs, don’t contact them! They won’t give it to you. When we tried to switch doctors (because my husband’s doctor had repeatedly rescheduled appointments) because he was having trouble seeing his gastro specialist doctor at Marshall Health, they refused to see him. Because the other doctor wasn’t initially concerned with the patient’s needs, I think that caring for the patient comes before worrying about upsetting them. I have complained to our doctors’ office about the lack of consideration and attention when a doctor has problems and needs to see a doctor but is unable to do so.

Did You Know?

Gastroenterology is a branch of medicine that deals with gastric issues, that subsumes the digestive system, pancreas, intestines, gall bladder, biliary tract and stomach diseases/disorders.

The Offical Complaint Filed Against Charleston Gastroenterology Associates

Charleston Gastroenterology Specialists - Gastroenterologist - 1962 ...

A man from Putnam County says that two doctors in Charleston did not do their jobs well.

James Eads sued Dr. Michael Beasley, Ear, Nose, and Throat Associates of Charleston Inc., Dr. Shailendra Singh, and Charleston Gastroenterology Associates PLLC in Kanawha Circuit Court.

Eads was sent to Beasley at Ear, Nose & Throat Associates on January 21, 2020, for treatment because he had a history of recurrent bilateral epistaxis and anaemia. He says that Beasley didn’t follow the standard of care when he didn’t figure out that Eads had arteriovenous malformation.

Eads was sent to Singh at Charleston Gastroenterology for his anaemia three days later. He says Singh went against the standard of care when he cauterised arteriovenous malformations in his colon that weren’t bleeding and caused a hole in the wall of his colon.

He says that the problems that came up after both visits to the doctor hurt him badly and for good.

Eads says that Beasley and Singh did not do their jobs well, and he says that the two businesses are also at fault.

He wants to be paid for his medical bills, pain and suffering, loss of income, irritation, embarrassment, humiliation, trouble, and the fact that he can’t enjoy life as much as he used to. He also wants punitive damages, interest before and after the judgement, lawyer fees, court costs, and other things.

Richard D. Linday II and Dr. Richard D. Lindsay of Tabor Lindsay & Associates are representing Eads. Judge Jennifer Bailey will be in charge of the case.

Conclusion

Charleston Gastroenterology Associates is not a good choice. The clinic’s leadership is egoistic and greedy, putting too much focus on earnings.

Many consumers have experienced irreversible harm as a result of Dr. Beasley Michael S MD’s carelessness. Worse, in every occasion, he evaded accepting responsibility.

Because of these factors, you should avoid this facility. Fortunately, Charleston has a plethora of additional options for you to consider. So you’re not required to stick with this one.

Avoid

Charleston Gastroenterology Associates is not a safe place. The doctors are outright crooked and cunning. They have a history of malpractice. It is advised that you look into other Charleston clinics instead.
