Oculofacial Plastic Surgery St. Louis – Careless Doctors and Staff
Oculofacial Plastic Surgery St. Louis is a clinic run by Dr. John Holds and Dr. Sara Reggie. The place has a ton of reviews claiming it’s horrendous and not worth the cost.
The clinic goes by the name of Ophthalmic Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery, Inc. as well. From miscommunication to poor treatment, this clinic has a plethora of issues. You’ll learn about them in detail in the following review.
About Ophthalmic Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery, Inc.
Ophthalmic Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Inc is a cosmetic surgery clinic located in St. Louis. It serves clients in St. Peters, St. Louis and other areas of Missouri.
The doctors that run this clinic are Dr. John B. Holds, Dr. Sara Reggie, and Dr. Adam Buchanan.
You can contact the Oculofacial Plastic Surgery St. Louis clinic by calling on 314-657-3567. Their address is 12990 Manchester Road, Suites 101 and 102, St. Louis, MO 63131.
This clinic performs upper and lower blepharoplasty, ptosis repair surgery, reconstructive surgery, browlifts, botox, and more.
They claim to have an unwavering commitment to providing the highest quality care to their patients. The clinic also claims to offer a friendly and comfortable environment to its clients.
However, their claims are dwarfed when you read their reviews. There are a ton of Dr John Holds reviews where patients share their gripes over how Dr. Holds or Dr. Reggie botched their procedure.
Who is a Plastic Surgeon?
A plastic surgeon is a physician who performs cosmetic or reconstructive surgery on individuals with birth defects, traumas, burns, or infections to enhance or alter their appearance.
I have shared the various Dr John Holds reviews I found online. They will help you evaluate this place better:
Someone Else Performed Surgery Without the Patient’s Consent At Oculofacial Plastic Surgery St. Louis
Performed 2 Surgeries and Gave Scars, Wrinkles and More
Dr. John B. Holds Performed 2 Surgeries Only to Have Bone Pain and No Lashes
Unfriendly Staff Rushed the Appointment
Unverifiable & Biased Dr John Holds Reviews
As you can see, this place has too many complaints against its name. Instead of addressing the issues, Dr. John Holds and his staff believe it’s better to use questionable methods to promote their brand.
The website of Oculofacial Plastic Surgery St. Louis has a dedicated page for patient testimonials. All of the reviews present on this page are unverifiable and share no proof or results.
You have to take their word for it:
It seems like an innocent strategy but many illicit companies use this method to mislead consumers. They add fictional reviews on their website to bury complaints and make it seem as if they are seasoned experts when they aren’t. For example, Val Morgan Immigration is an online scammer that uses fake reviews to manipulate its victims. Another example is Kent Clothier.
If a cosmetic surgeon has to use unverifiable reviews to seem trustworthy, should you really trust them? After all, a good surgeon’s work speaks for itself.
Conclusion
Dr. John B. Holds and Dr. Sara Reggie are running a dangerous clinic. Their clinic has botched too many procedures and are now using unethical tactics to promote their services.

Certainly, Ophthalmic Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery Inc (or Oculofacial Plastic Surgery St. Louis) is an unsafe clinic for cosmetic procedures. Look for a place with a better reputation and reviews.
It has been a month since I saw Dr. Reggie and I could not be happier with my results.
Dr. Reggie was extremely knowledgeable and honest as to what she thought would benefit me, re: botox & filler. She listened to my concerns and educated me on why I was seeing these things happen at my age. She did not try to sell me- which I greatly appreciated. She took her time and was very detailed and made me feel at ease. She followed up the next day- and answered my questions about swelling.
Oculofacial Plastic Surgery St. Louis has some of the worst people in the medical industry. They should be ashamed of themselves. The way they talked to me during my appointment was traumatic. I’m never going there
While looking up Dr. John Holds office hours on line I noticed your comments. If you are interested in a fair balance please know that I have been a patient of Dr. Holds for a decade. I am also the toughest kind of patient for an eye surgeon. As a professional photographer my eyes are my life and I rejected nearly a dozen before I selected Dr. Holds. The work he performed was without error and remains optimal to me in my work. It is also time for another bit of restorative work and I am not at all hestitant in trusting this surgeon and his staff.
