This reviewer had a traumatic experience with Dr. Nargi. She had a breast reduction but the size of her breasts is larger than before. Also, Dr. Nargi overprescribed her main medicine which caused an accidental overdose. She nearly lost her life because of the doctor’s incompetence.
Don’t Go to Whitefish Plastic Surgery and Medspa for Rhinoplasty
The reviewer had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Nargi three years before the review and their experience was terrible. They noticed that Dr. Nargi was performing the procedure very nonchalantly and had the suspicion from the start that something’s wrong.
Dr. Nargi left a hump on their nose which she had promised to remove. That’s not all.
A shart piece of cartilage sticks out of the reviewer’s nose that looks lie a blemish. Their nostrils are of completely different sizes and there’s a dip on the lift of their nose’s tip.
When the reviewer shared their concerns with Dr. Nargi, she gave them a list of her “friends” who specialized in revision rhinoplasty. She didn’t admit that it was her mistake and left the reviewer “a distorted mess”.
Staff Didn’t Tell the Client About the Charges, Wasted Their Time
This reviewer had set up an appointment at Whitefish Plastic Surgery and Medspa for a consultation with Sarah. During the consultation, Dr. Nargi talked about herself and shared a few of her stories.
But the doctor never discussed the issues the reviewer wanted to discuss. After the meeting ended, the staff handed the reviewer a $100 bill for the consultation. They hadn’t told the reviewer about the cost of consultation so the reviewer had wrongly assumed that it was free.

Botched Face Lift Made Eye Bigger, Left Mounds of Skin, and Gave Indentations
The reviewer had a face lift surgery which Dr. Nargi botched. During the first month after the surgery the reviewer couldn’t chew because Sarah had pulled one side of her face too much so her jaw was out of alignment. Moreover, one eye was bigger than the other and shifted the fat under their skin leaving bags under their eyes.
Then, she shifted the fat incorrectly giving indentations in their face. Moreover, pulling the skin incorrectly caused areas that should have hair to have facial skin. Dr. Nargi left visible mounds of skin behind and underneath their ears and the reviewer says that it feels like those mounds of skin pull on her neck and shoulder muscles.
When the reviewer shared their concerns with Dr. Nargi, she responded by saying they looked beautiful, which wasn’t the response they were looking for.
Dr. Nargi Took a “Shortcut” in the Procedure, Delivered Poor Results

Obviously, you can’t trust her with any of these procedures. Her lack of skill and professionalism nearly cost one of her clients their life.

Whitefish Plastic Surgery and Medspa is surely not a place you can trust. From rhinoplasty to breast reduction, Dr. Nargi has botched nearly every cosmetic procedure out there. It would be a risky gamble to go there and get a procedure.
Montana has plenty of plastic surgeons so it would help to know which place to avoid.
They have scammed me! They wrote up an agreement to make me remove all bad reviews and no matter what even death I can’t even sue them due to complications! Even death. But the agreement was they reimbursed me the money I had paid to get the surgery fixed by a better surgeon who agreed she did terrible work. Nargi told me before I got the surgery she would cover it then blew me off for a year. Anyway. But NOWHERE in the agreement did it say they would pay me money. It said the agreement contained the FULL agreement yet it did not. I told them to fix it and add in that they owed me money. And they refused. Said sign it then they will! Told me to take it or leave it. I said no. I talked to my attorney and they said the letter was a scam and take them to court for medical malpractice and intentionally trying to scam me. The agreement says they did perfect work and there were no complications! Which is crazy cuz I wouldn’t have got it fixed. And a different surgeon wouldn’t have said it was bad a year later! This place is trash! They are crooks!
Do not go here!!! I had so many complications they deny it was their fault every time! Half way thru the revision she looks at the clock and says “I’m late to get my daughter at soccer” and then she starts rushing! She didn’t even remember to bandage me up. I had a reaction to the tape the first time but she didn’t even put gauz or anything on me. A few days or so later I woke up in the middle of the night soaked in blood and I called her cuz I didn’t feel good and felt dizzy. She told me it was normal and I needed to stop overreacting and reading stuff on google. That it was perfect and all normal. I kept insisting something didn’t seem right and she got upset and defensive. She fell back asleep during my call and started snoring. I had to hang up and call again after calling her name several times. It was a less invasive surgery that the other one done at that time so it shouldn’t have bled more. Especially not that much. But she treats you like she knows everything and your concerns are invalid. Even tho things she says don’t alway make sense. I also have rash ever since the surgery on my stomach from it.
She told me during our consult talking about her ex husband how he accused her of still being on coke or some drug. It didn’t bother me until later after the surgery I saw my incision line so jagged and sloppy that I started wondering why she jerks sort of shakes in general. Idk what that is from but the lines she drew on my body weren’t even straight prior to surgery. At all! I thought it was odd but I saw no bad reviews and figured she must be fine if she’s in business. By the time I became concerned it was too late. Idk if she’s on drugs but why would you tell your client that you were accused of it. And why are you twitchy/jerky movements.
I brought my issues to the clinic later and they flipped out at me and the assistant was so rude and nasty!
Don’t go here. The work was sloppy and my experience was a nightmare!! They are good as long as you don’t rug them wrong. This is just some of my experience.
DR.Sarah Nargi is a phenomenal surgeon. I trusted her to do a breast augmentation, it went incredibly well and I healed magnificently, I’ve seen her to do botox and lip fillers multiple times over the last 3 years. I have also had 2 ROUNDS of liposuction and fat grafts aka BBL aka Brazilian butt lift, not only did Dr.Nargi take the time to communicate with me & make me feel comfortable she did an AMAZING job on both bbls and my augmentation, she gives you her cell phone number so you can reach her at any time. I am constantly getting compliments on my figure and I’ve never once taken the credit for the MAGIC this talented,kind, INTELLIGENT surgeon. I WILL be Continuing my fillers and/or botox when needed/wanted, I will also be going back for a 3rd BBL sometime in the next 5 years. This Dr. / Surgeon/Woman is a force!
How do we all (patients) come together for a class action lawsuit against this woman who has mutilated our bodies and our lives. She needs to be stopped!!
This physician needs to be sued and held accountable for all the surgeries she had botched and all the lives she has ruined. Her license needs to be pulled so she doesn’t disfigure anybody else.
