Who is Mark Sear (CRD#: 1305532)

Mark Sear is the partner of Evoke Advisors. Since 1993, Mark has worked as a financial counselor to rich families and institutional investors. Mark Sear began his career at Goldman, Sachs & Co. before joining Merrill Lynch five years later to assist in creating the Private Banking and Investment Group. Mark and his associates created Luminous Capital in 2008, which was bought by First Republic Bank in 2012. Mark was a Senior Managing Director of First Republic. Mark Sear has consistently been named one of the top 100 wealth advisors in the country by Barron’s and Forbes.

Mark Sear earned a BS in business from the University of the Pacific (UOP) and an MBA from Santa Clara University’s Leavy School of Business. He was an NCAA collegiate golfer at UOP and is a strong supporter of SCS Noonan Scholars, a charity that provides funding and assistance to intercity college-bound youngsters. Mark and his wife live in Manhattan Beach, and they have two grown children.

Mark Sear Disclosures: BrokerCheck, FINRA, And SEC Reports

Financial Advisors often take down their client disputes from FINRA’s Public database through Disclosure Expungement. Even law firms provide expungement services to FAs so that they can hide or remove their client disputes and maintain a clean record.
