In one instance, a client caught him trying to inject her with an empty syringe. Hence, before you waste your hard-earned money on this place, it would be best to go through some of these reviews:

A plastic surgeon is a physician who performs cosmetic or reconstructive surgery on individuals with birth defects, traumas, burns, or infections to enhance or alter their appearance.

O de Rose Med Spa has received countless complaints from its clients because of its poor services. In the next section of this review, I have shared some of the many complaints it has received:

Ô de Rose Med Spa Botched a Thread Lift

Ô de Rose Med Spa | Orange County

Niyala says that she had a thread lift for her eyebrows here. However, the procedure didn’t produce any results. Instead, Niyala highlights that she looks worse after the procedure.

They charged her $1,000 for the thread lift. Niyala says that she wouldn’t have had any problems with the procedure if it had made any positive change. However, the procedure left her looking worse.

The medspa had told her that it would take her a couple of weeks to see the desired results. So, Niyala waited for a month. Yet, nothing had changed.

When she saw the medspa again, Dr. Assif told her that it was not their fault but her body’s. He said that her body didn’t react properly.

Niyala says that O de Rose Med Spa is a huge scam. You shouldn’t waste your money here and go someplace else where they would care for you.

Below are the pictures Niyala shared with her complaint. The first picture is after the procedure while the below one is the before pic:

The 5-star Review Changed to 1-star Once the Client Realized How Dr. Assif was Scamming Her

Ô de Rose Med Spa | Orange County

Trish had given this place 5 out of 5 stars. Initially, she thought Dr. Assif and his staff were quite sweet and made her feel comfortable.

She thought the experience was amazing and hence, gave them a stellar rating. However, she began seeing a different doctor and noticed that O de Rose Med Spa was overcharging her by a lot.

She realized that either Dr. Assif was watering down Botox or he simply loves to overcharge his clients.

With her new provider, Trish says that she gets 40 units which last up to 5 months. On the other hand, Dr. Assif used to charge her for 60 units which wouldn’t even last for 3 months.

Moreover, you don’t earn any points or perks when you visit this medspa. This is something you’d receive from any legitimate medical spa in the region. Furthermore, Trish highlights that Dr. Assif pushes products crazily.

She says that he makes you feel as if you’re a horrible-looking person and points out things that could take you over the top and enhance your beauty.

Trish concludes her review by saying that Dr. Assif overcharges for his product and uses fake products. It would be best for you to avoid this place and run away fast.

Dr. Assif Botched a $2600 Facelift, Client Had to Go to the ER

Ô de Rose Med Spa | Orange County

Tina saw advertisements for O de Rose Med Spa on Instagram for a face thread lift. She was interested so she asked questions and booked her appointment for eyes, upper face, and lower face thread lift.

Dr. Assif kept telling her that the procedure doesn’t hurt but he was lying. Tina says that the procedure was quite painful. Furthermore, he didn’t even mark where he was going to inject the thread and ended up lifting one of her eyes more than the other. This made Tina’s eyes extremely uneven.

Tina highlights that as soon as she saw herself in the mirror, she told him that one of her eye threads is lower than the other one. In reply, Assif said that her eyebrows are uneven and he didn’t make any mistakes.

Finally, he added one thread higher to make Tina’s eyes a bit more even. After she performed the thread lift on her lower face, Tina noticed a bump on the side of her face. When she highlighted the bump, he told her that it was her jawbone.

Also, whenever he touched that side of her face, it hurt a lot. Tina told him that it hurt but he kept ignoring her.

She paid $2600 and returned home. Tina shares that her pain kept getting worse and her face started swelling up. She texted Dr. Assif and shared her issue with him. He told her to put ice on it and eat pineapple.

Tina says that she did everything but the situation kept getting worse. Then, Assif asked her to come back to his office and admitted to adding sodium bicarbonate to the local anesthesia, which caused the swelling.

Afterward, he sent Tina to the ER. Tina was there for 7 hours. Doctors did 2 CT scans on her and were trying to figure out whether she had internal bleeding or a hematoma.

3 days later, Tina says that her face is still huge. Dr. Assif told her that her face was uneven from the beginning. He said that she had uneven cheeks and brows.

When Tina asked for a refund, he said that he has a family to feed. Then, he told her that he will no longer reply to her because he will spend some time with his family. Tina paid O de Rose Med Spa $2600 to have a swelled uneven face with a lot of pain.

Tina highlights that she missed many days of work, income, and rest. She points out that O de Rose Med Spa is a scam as they make you sign a document that they don’t let you read nor do they explain properly. Tina contacted her lawyer and when he contacted Dr. Assif, he told the lawyer that he will sue Tina.

Due to such a painful experience, Tina doesn’t recommend Dr. Assif. She says that he doesn’t know what he’s doing and is extremely dangerous.

Below is the picture of the reviewer. You can see how O de Rose Med Spa ruined her face:

Ô de Rose Med Spa Uses Watered Down Botox

Ô de Rose Med Spa | Orange County

Sona says that the people here are nice but the Botox treatment she had didn’t yield any results. She even agreed to pay for additional Botox units. However, after 17 days, she says that she didn’t see any results. According to Sona, it’s as if Dr. Assif injected her frown areas with saline solution

Sona says that she is disappointed with her experience.

Dr. Assif Got Defensive and Mad at the Client for Asking if He Uses Fake Botox Then Refused to See Her

Ô de Rose Med Spa | Orange County

Lynn had made an appointment for Ȏ de Rose Med Spa’s $99 botox special. However, she had noticed a lot of complaints saying that Dr. Assif doesn’t use real Botox. So, she expressed her concerns to the staff of this place.

They told her that the negative reviews are from angry people who never have anything good to say. Then, Dr. Assif came and got very defensive. Lynn says that he even got mad at her for having this concern.

He refused to perform any procedure on her because of her ‘lack of trust’. Lynn says that she was only asking a legitimate question based on the reviews this place has received. Certainly, there is something fishy going on here.

Dr. Assif Tried to Inject the Client with an Empty Syringe Instead of a Dysport

Ô de Rose Med Spa | Orange County

Paige suggests staying away from this place. She had bought a Living Social voucher for Botox but Dr. Assif tried to sneak Dysport instead.

When she noticed it, she immediately questioned him. He confirmed with his assistant that Medspa was out of Botox. Paige says that it was a noon appointment so it’s quite weird that they had run out of Botox.

Then, he said that he would give her 60 units of Dysport to make up for not having any Botox. Paige says that she watched him as he pretended to take a huge syringe to extract the Dysport from the bottle.

She highlights that he had a strange demeanor and was acting strangely. Hence, she didn’t trust him and asked him to hold the syringe and look at it. Dr. Assif handed it to her quite reluctantly.

Paige noticed that the syringe didn’t have any liquid. Suddenly, he grabbed the syringe and told her that she can leave if she doesn’t trust him. Paige got up and told him that she doesn’t and left.

She highlights that she reported his unethical practices to Living Social, who refunded her immediately. At the end of her review, she tells clients to be wary of Ȏ de Rose Med Spa and Dr. Assif.

I set an appointment with them, but the appointment was not confirmed, and they changed my appointment dates several times, so I had to wait for a week for my appointment, and when I arrived, the staff was busy with their work and disrespectful, and they didn’t listen to their clients. I was dissatisfied with my results after the surgery because they were offering average results in comparison to the services that were claimed. Keep a safe distance from them.

The personnel was kind, simple to work with, and accountable, and I agreed to pay for some more Botox units; but, after one month, it appeared that nothing had been done. Don’t come if you’re seeking the most effective Botox procedure; it’ll be a complete waste of your time and money.
They were overcharging their clients even though no results were being delivered for them.

They were meant to perform my facelift, however, they overcharged me and failed to get the desired outcomes. They were unprofessional, produced poor results, and were a nightmare since they duped people and utilized fake products. It was a very sad experience that has affected me mentally and socially.

Beware of this place. Read all the reviews you see on O de Rose Med Spa, especially the bad ones. They have the worst customer service and the staff never confirms your appointment with the doctor. I don’t think the management of this place is very good. It’s very difficult for me to believe that a certified doctor is running this place because the way they mishandle appointments, you’d think it’s run by a five year old. I’m not kidding they are really that terrible at handling appointments.

+ PROS: Nothing comes to mind
    - CONS: mishandle appointments run poorly
